On the other hand if the player misses the deflect, there will be enough time for the opponent to make an attack. It will reduces if character is hit. The lower gauge is the character 's power meter. It will increase when character is hit or perform a special moves. When Lifemeter is reduce to red colour, super special can be use. When Powermeter is increase to MAX, super special can be use. When Lifemeter is red colour, And Powermeter is MAX, Potential Super Special can be use. (For POWER type) When Lifemeter is red colour, And Powermeter is MAX, Combo Special can be use. Down, Down + A B (For SPEED type) [ Game Mode Select ] After choosing your character, you will prompt to choose what type of fighter your character want to be. $B!!(J POWER ----------- Advantage : High Damage , can Supercancel, can use Potential Super Special Disadvantage : Can't chain combo, can't use Combo Special $B!!(J SPEED ----------- Advantage : can chain combo, can use Combo Special (dn dn+AB) Disadvantage : Low damage, can't Supercancel, can't use Potential Super special Chain combo is by pressing a combination of buttons to perform a series of normal attack. eg. A,A,B,C is chain attack Combo Special is after executing down,down + AB, the character will glow. And the Power meter below will change into a time gauge. During this period of time, the character will be faster and by pressing the buttons, special chain combos are performed. eg. B,A,C,C,A is Combo special Supercancel is doing a special move, then cancel into Super special moves. eg. QCB+A ->QCF+AB = Super special Weapon Knockoff is to disarm the opponent 's weapon. If the defender keep blocking the attacker 's attack, he/she will be disarmed after sometime. The weapon will be fly off and land on the ground.
