Afterthought:
If you look over these dips settings like I have countless times now, You'll see that some general DIP code settings are the same for each KoF game. I found it interesting that in the end SNK used overall the same coding techniques and just improved on it year after year. Something someone had pointed out was Dip 1-8. The Annoying Shadow on the screen made no sense at first until It was mentioned that this might be something related to PAL settings for Europeon Home Cart systems seeing as the voltage settings are different in Europe. I had seen this effect before on Europeon Super Nintendo systems which also led me to realize that Neo*Geo Home Carts *And MVS I'm guessing as well* were programmed with the PAL settings built into them unlike other console systems cartridge games which had to be produced separatly for each country. This of course for SNK cuts down on cost of producing carts *MVS or Home* and allowed SNK to mass produce games without worry of voltage problems.

I will produce at least one set of Dip codes a week and hopefully this will be the most complete Neo*Geo Debug Bios FAQ you can't get anywhere else on the Net.*Ego Trip* With each new game I work on, I'll try to offer notes and insights on how you can get the most out of each game. For now check this page on what's coming soon and please by all means offer any input by contacting me at bonuskun@prodigy.net or leave a suggestion for me in the forum. Until then....SNK is my Father!
