-they both have exposed midriffs
-They both have long hair
-They both periodically wear capes with their typical outfit
-They are both male
-They both look like they came out of the 1980s in terms of design
-They are both gay


Differences:
-King Lion has attitude and denigrates people, while Lion O does not
-King Lion wears pants while Lion O wears a bikini
-???


Seems like there are way more similarities than differences. Coincidence? I think not.
