Tremors is awesome and Tremors II might be the only example of a good direct-to-video sequel to a live action theatrical film (but don't watch any of the other sequels).

Tremors is so good and the friendship between Fred and Kevin Bacon's characters are the cornerstone of that movie. Everyone should see that even if they don't like monster/horror-lite movies.
