I like Ninja Warriors on Mega CD, I take it as a slightly updated version of the arcade hit Kung Fu Master which I loved a lot.

But yeah, fuck the collector prices. I got my JPN copy for €25 in the early 2000s when nobody cared for MCD games anymore, so there. You could also download a backup.

The super widescreen setup of the arcade game is little more than a gimmick, the port works well without it. I mean, the Darius games were super widescreen as well but I never really missed that in the home ports.

All in all, the games selection of the new machine is quite good I would say.

Why are people paying so much for a horrible game like ninja Warriors? I like the sequel and the switch remaster, but that port and that game in general are just so bad.

Fuck collectors.
For the arrange ost that's why i have a copy mostly for but i agree ninja saviors is the superior version. When i imported the game around the mid 2000's,this was before it got crazy expensive i don't know why that port got such a high demand at all.

The previous Genesis Mini was great, so this one should be awesome too.

Usually a month or two after discounts were available.

Panorama Cotton
Pulseman
Quackshot
Robo Aleste
Rocket Knight Adventures

Garou 2 and Final Fight CD were unexpected additions, unfortunately the Lunar games won't see the light of day in the West. I see Sega including Prize Fighter or some other diarrhea in their place.

Does anyone have real rights to Working Design stuff? Popful Mail won't make it on there for the same reasons.

I may have just dreamt it, but I'm pretty sure many years ago it was reported that Game Arts bought the Lunar series US/NA rights back (or enough time passed they reverted back). Even if that's true I doubt that includes the dubbing and text translations done by WD.

But... weirder licensing shit has happened. I never assumed that Midway would own the rights to MK ports that Acclaim had 3rd parties develop, or that Capcom would own the rights to shit Sega ported in-house, yet here we are.

Cadash is on the PC Engine mini and that’s a WD game, still says it on the title screen.

I preordered one just to alleviate any FOMO - can always sell later. If they could get the WD stuff on there it would be pretty rad, and Snatcher...come on.

I will be playing this fucker for years.

Do we know if this will be the usual situation where all systems have the same or extremely similar software and you just switch regions get them all?
