ON HOLD 2 slot neo Geo big red cab in SE Wisconsin for sale NOT WORKING

Hello old friends sorry I haven't posted in years I have been so busy with life. Still gaming just not collecting anymore just enjoying what I have saving up for a down payment on a house. I am moving to a new place with my girlfriend in a week and my old 2 slot cab I haven't turned on it years has issues the monitor doesn't turn on and makes a horrible sparking noise and smells like electrical burning after 15 seconds I turned it right back off. I don't want to throw this out and want it gone before I move In the next few weeks. The cab itself is in great shape, the buttons and sticks are pretty much brand new and has a NOS control overlay the 2 slot board in there probably works and the issue is probably the flyback in the monitor. Allegedly this was recapped 10 years when I bought it but no guarantees. Not sure what to price this at as it's non working does $300 seem fair? Willing to negotiate especially with old timer friends. I just want to see it go to a good home and get restored.

Oh yeah also comes with a jamma to mvs adapter

I live in Pewaukee about 20 min west of Milwaukee. According to Google maps im about a 6 hours drive from you. Honestly man if you made that drive I'd give you the cab for free you're an old schooler and I'd know it be in a great home.
