Super Mario Galaxy - still holds up well today, and the short levels benefit playing in shirt bursts. The touch screen mechanics instead of waffle are still not as intuitive as I'd like, but it's better than mandatory movement controls.
If you use a torx bit (I think T20), you can unscrew the bezel from the top of the marquee and remove the marquee holder from the top. From there, you can unscrew the locks using a small wrench or pliers
I bought a 1/4" bit for metal and just ground through the bastard in one go with a previous cabinet. Since you're messing with the marquee above the screen, just make sure you don't hit the screen or bulb when it pushes through
