Disappointed certainly, I was hoping for a Holiday 2016 release for the NX. I've budgeted $800 for a new console and a handful of games. I'm guessing Nintendo wants additional development time for their launch selection.

Except the 360 build quality was crap compared to the PS3. I went through five 360s over eight years. I only had to buy one PS3 and it didn't have a hiccup over the four years I had it.

PS1 has a library of games I love, but the system build quality was shit. PS2 owns the record for most units sold, but that's because its system build quality was also shit. PS3 was a well made system, but there're only a handful of games I loved for it. Both the PSP and the Vita are good...

I can't agree with that perspective when the Wii sold over 100 million units. Even though the bulk of those owners probably only played Wii Sports and maybe Mario Kart Wii. More than anything else Nintendo suffers from an image problem.

I hope something similar doesn't happen to the NX. But with Nintendo moving on from their all-time worst selling home console in the Wii U...it seems unavoidable. Nintendo needs an amazing name for their new console; they need to distance it as far from the Wii/Wii U brand as they can.

There're simply too many amazing memories of the SNES to not call it the champ of that list.

Tough call. Saturn, home to two of my all-time favorite games in Radiant Silvergun and Panzer Dragoon Saga. Dreamcast, Skies of Arcadia and Soul Calibur were wonderful experiences. Nah, who am I kidding? It's the Genesis all the way.
