161 in 1 mvs issues

Hello everyone, was using my neogeo cab with single MV1 F board with a 161 in 1 multicart, l selected Puzzle Bobble from the menu and it booted to a blank screen.
I tried booting up other games and they worked with no issues,
I troubleshooted by making sure the contacts were clean and reseated the cartridge . Puzzle bobble boots to blank screen.
Then l tried the same cart on my backups MV1F (unibios 4.0 installed)and my MV1 FZ
Puzzle bobble boots up normally on these 2 boards.

Is there anyway to get puzzle bobble working on the first board?
Is it possible using the multicart could have done damage to the mvs board?(l know these carts are not too reliable)

Hey everyone,
Update, the puzzle bobble game on multicart is working again!, I gave the mainboard a deeper cleaning, aired out the cabinet.
Going to look at getting a darksoft multi mvs cart.Thanks for the attention!
