I bought the first version but all the games set on 8 made me rarely use it. The 120 - 1 allowed you to set whatever level you choose so I used it a lot.

Skipped version 2 so I don't know if you pick the level.

The 3rd version alllows the choice so despite bugs it's an improvement.

but you can change it and it gets written not on the board's memory but on the flash chips in the cart? At least I never had any problems setting some games back to level-4

I would change it but the screen always had a 8 there and it played like 8.

Got on a Strikers kick the past few weeks and was trying to figure out what was different in the Strikers 1945 Plus + hack that's on this and the 138-in-1. Found out you press B+D and it gives you infinite lives, which was definitely unexpected.

Don't have time to test much at the moment, but I'll check it out later.

If you get a chance, could you see if the music is still messed up in World Heroes? In the first version it plays the wrong music during cutscenes and death match mode.
