Nice, the 1943 code I still remember is TY19U, it's the furthest level code you can enter, I believe it's the 2nd to last level.

I can't find that fucking code anywhere on the internet. It's for the original Metal Gear and was partially shown in a tiny pic in the manual. I had to keep putting that fucking code in when I was a kid over and over until I figured out how it was completed. If you ever entered a code in MG, you know how much work that was, trial-and-error-wise. Gives you a bunch of shit and starts you before the last building.

I recited that from memory. I can't remember people's faces but I have a rolodex of NES codes in my brain that will never leave.
