I've read online that to unlock the hidden Dip Switch Menu, you have to beat the game with the Turbo, and Super Version of all characters. Then highlight options, and hold down the Y button, and press Start.
I did this, but nothing happens when I highlight options, hold Y, and press start.
This is how I did it. I put the game on 1 star difficulty, and single round matches. I did the top row of characters in one sitting, and then saved. I continued this pattern until I beat the game with all the Turbo, and Super Versions. The last character I beat the game with was Gouki/Akuma. I did have to continue for most of the characters I beat the game with. Is it that your not supposed to continue/defeat Gouki everytime? The stuff on the net doesn't say that that is necessary.
What am I missing?
