I’ll probably end up getting it on the Switch, but not sure how online gameplay would be. Seems like it should still be fun to get into.

I have '17 and '18 and am probably getting '19. The past two we played on PC. Good online play is a must.

I skipped on 18 but if I hear good things about 19 I'll pick it up.

Does platform matter? I’m going to get it for the Switch because I’m too lazy to hook up Xbox One for one maybe two games

YEa, I think it does. Typically Fifa looks much better on the more powerful consoles (ps4/xb1) and pc.

That makes me sad, but I could see that’s probably the reason EA won’t do Madden on the Switch.

Fifa 18 ran on a separate engine for Switch rather than downport the Xbox One/PS4 versions. I think this means it missed out on something (careers mode or dreamteam or some crap like that). The switch version is still supposed to be fun though.
