What the fuck,while surfing i came across a rather weird site where some guy makes and sells portables of a snes,atari 2600,playstation ect??!! heres the atari one:

One of my fav game shops once had a strange kind of "controller" in their catalogue. It looked like one of those Microsoft Sidewinder pads and came with a LF A/V cable. This "controller" actually was some kind of game console with more than 100 original (?) VCS games built in. The price was about $30, but I don't remember exactly.

Nice idea, tho you'd need a TV to play it.
