I was mainly impressed with the graphics/scrolling on the hardware. All dem colors.

Cool demo. That's just a bunch of raster interrupts, not really separate layers. Did they use the sprite layer for the stage?

Turboxray is good peeps. That engine is suitable for actually making a game on unlike most tech demos… but games are effort hehe, not sure if he plans to

I don't want to dunk on the guys work but it reminds me so much of Death Crimson for some reason.

I bought it, and it is farrrrrrr from ready for release. Tons of detection issues and getting stuck on objects etc.
