Hey,it's been awhile..
Since I moved here my Neo Geo MVS Candy Cabs monitor flickers upon start up..Since this started years ago after moving the cab to this apt I figure something happened during the move..
I've went over everything possible in this cabinet and find nothing wrong,no loose wires..
I's been driving me nuts...When I start the cab or restart it (on-off the picture is flickering,breaking up like there is a frequency issue..This starts to clear up and settle 5 minutes in..the longer I leave the cab on it does no come back but can still show a flicker 6-8 minutes in...
Today I decided to mess with the adjustment pot board M7682C..V hold,Hold..Size...when I touch those pots they are Very touchy and I can create the same flickering issue messing with them as I have upon start up..
The adjustmentt pots are so touchy that's it's tough to get them just in the right position to get the monitor to stop shaking..
I have had issues with other monitors doing this same thing due to the monitor adjustment board..
I don't know if there s any fix to this,I've been reading online topics with no luck for years..
I figure I'd try to locate the adjustment pot board M7652C ..but no luck.
Anyone know where to locate a part like that?.

The flyback transformer does have a slight vibrating sound..no sure if that matters..
