Casual game shames/guilty pleasures

Anybody playing casual/facebook games right now and feel shame because of it?

I'm addicted to Toy Blast now, but in the past I played candy crush saga and oregon trail. Urban Dead is another one.

I kind of like how they limit how much per day you can play them, because then you aren't cracking out on them.

my casual shame is a mild addiction to kongregate and the flash game scene.

I played Simpsons Tapped Out for a while on my phone but gave it up last year as it just got too tedious playing it every hour to try to unlock everything

I've been "playing" Simpsons TO for nearly 2 years now. That and solitaire are the only two things I play on my phone.

I'm realizing how well these mobile companies make these apps look like games.
I played a bit of Star Trek Timelines, and then i realized that 95% of it is not a game. It's just a treadmill with ads.

I'm down to two games on my phone, and I should really delete them both. They are both base defense games, where there is no point to it.
