One of my fondest memories was going to a double feature back in 1990. Delta Force 2 and Die Hard 2 for $2 at the old Town & Country Cinema that used to be in Oceanside, CA. He was also one of the reasons I started training in Tae Kwon Do and Tang Soo Do. R.I.P.

This movie was so bad, but somehow I managed to watch it about 50x in the 1990's.

I like the way he kept up his martial arts until the end. If you keep yourself in good shape, you can still be training in your 80's.
When you're playing sports, such as football, there's a lot of running involved, and you're playing on a team (with other people who might be younger than you), so it's hard to keep it up to an old age.

I lived a few blocks from Norris first Dojo in Torrance that they unfortunately demolished 13 months ago.

RIP to one of the worst actors of all time. Highly recommend Invasion USA but that's about it.

Chuck Norris was an American institution though, no doubt about it.

A legit great fighter and martial artist. A larger than life character and a cultural icon. A savvy businessman and an inspiration to many people worldwide.
