CVS3... sigh...

SO i've taken a look at the character list for CVS2, and I'm none too impressed. How the hell did Raiden/Big Bear/Whatever get there anyway? And when was the last time we saw Todo? I think it was in the Wharf stage in '98.

The inclusion of Rock Howard and Haomaru is cool, but where's Andy Bogard? Where's Duck King, and Billy Kane? Where's K'?? All the above mentioned are popular SNK characters, and I'm sure Capcom could dredge up someone to fight them (I like Cody from Alpha 3...). Why can't they include some of the most popular, instead of getting the fringe players??!?

You'd think they'd learn to include the popular people (even though I have a distaste for Clark, Ralf and Leona, you can't deny they do have somewhat of a following).

And Riot, do you have any idea where one could go to get this information? I've looked at what I thought to be a complete list, and the new characters it mentioned were Athena, Todo, and Haomaru, along with Rock Howard and someone else... can't remember the names... Hibiki and Chang.

You know what would make me really happy? If they would just take all the characters that were in Cardfighters clash and put them in CVS. I know it would never happen, but a man can dream right?

Here's a link to the official CvS2 site. It's Japanese, but there are links (in English) to pictures of the standard roster for each company. Look towards the bottom of the page, for "CAPCOM FIGHTERS" and "SNK FIGHTERS". There are 44 standard characters. These sections do not include the bosses or hidden characters.

Well, two other characters are known, the hidden bosses S.Akuma and G.Rugal. Whether or not they will be playable remains to be seen.
