NCI had the Visco license, now Pixelheart does. Both in France.

A top ten is really hard, so many good games in so many genres. I'm a fighting game guy and big Fatal Fury fan, I could easily fill half a top 10 list with the Real Bout games, Special and Garou. If I was stuck on an island with just a Neo, though, I'd want a variety, so here goes:

10) Ghost Pilots - controversial, it's basically just a cheap attempt at a Toaplan shooter but then, I love Toaplan shooters, so have soft spot for it
9) Sengoku 2 - underrated, it's crazy and unique and Sengoku 3 is boring by comparison. Best beat em up on Neo.
8) League Bowling - simple and fun, great party game anyone can play
7) Ninja Commando - another underrated game, though it would have been replaced with Shock Troopers if this wasn't supposed to be an AES list
6) Blazing Star - best shooter on the system IMO
5) Baseball Stars 2 - Close call between this and 2020, which one I'd pick would depend on my mood that day
4) Metal Slug 3 - this and X are my favorite MS games
3) Real Bout Fatal Fury - The other Real Bouts and Garou are better competitive games but to me this one is more fun
2) Magician Lord - amazing that the best platformer/action game for system was it's first game released
1) Neo Turf Masters - boring and predictable but the game is just that good, easy to pick up hard to master.

Honarble mentions - Waku Waku 7, Kizuna Encounter, Last Blade, and SamSho 4.

I’d still take Ninja Commando. I love Shock Troopers but it moves a bit slow to me. I’d rather play mercs.

AOF1 is great. Anyone who disagrees eats crayons for breakfast.

I don't know how you like Zed Blade. I find it the most dull and uninspiring game ever. It's like if I asked AI to generate a 90's horizontal shooter.

Zed Blade isn't dull and uninspired, it's quite characterful. In a weird, and some would say retarded way, but it does have its own identity. It's a fun game, even if it's kind of repulsive at first.

I was super into NEO•GEO when it first came out, but interest started to wane once 3DO, Saturn and others arrived.

Street Fighter is my favorite series though, so when you could finally play as Ryu in a NEO•GEO game, I got back into NEO•GEO.

SvC Chaos is such a shit game in every regard, how can anyone like it?
But then again, he also like World Heroes, which is only slightly better.

I like Street Fighter and NEO•GEO so much that CVS, CVS2 & SVC are all very enjoyable to me in their own ways.

I like that SVC Chaos is one on one. I like that there are so many hidden characters only accessible with codes. I like the graphics style a lot.

Have a lot of great memories of playing it in the arcade in 2003. My friends and I camped out to be the first ones to play it the day it was arriving at the big arcade in the mall. I couldn't afford an AES (or the cost of games), so I bought an Xbox and SVC Chaos in 2004 the day the SVC Chaos port came out. A couple years later when money wasn't so tight, I bought my first AES and a copy of SVC Chaos.

I thought Capcom Fighting Evolution sucked and it didn't even get an arcade release in the US, so SVC Chaos was the final arcade game I was ever into. The culmination of 12 years of spending so much of my life in arcades.

3DO unironically one of my favorite systems, had a blast with mine

I played so much Super Street Fighter II Turbo and Samurai Shodown on my 3DO it was ridiculous.

And Samurai Shodown was uncensored, unlike the AES version, which made it even cooler to my 11 year old brain.

What were your favorite 3DO games during its heyday?
