smoked for about 8 years, my first kid was born and I quit soon after - didn't smoke for the next five years after that - then like a fucking idiot picked up the habit again and it was damn tough to quit, I didn't think I'd be able to, but I have practically, going about 2 months after another 6 years of smoking, will smoke the odd saturday and then not for the rest of the week. not a good idea since the body doesn't like it. but a bit of meditation, exercise and eating a bit better helped (plus quit drinking beer).
I don't know, smoking just makes me feel a bit sick these days, and fucks my vibe up. not a spring chicken anymore, this shit takes it's toll.
