Print Screen key on your keyboard when you have it open, then Ctrl+V (Right Click > Paste) in the image editing software of your choice to crop it.

It's possibly a repaired trace as the area around the cart slot suffers from corrosion. I can tell you this, in my experience with Neos for the past 10 years I learned one thing, dust flaps don't do shit when the dust flap area isn't sealed like how it is on the SNES. If you see spaces around your dust flaps, dust can get inside.

Dust flaps = False Security

Many consoles I have repaired have had this inside:
