It makes it a lot easier to manage if everyone gets the same thing. It's an extra $10 and will come preimaged with the entire no-intro set, so you'll be good to go as soon as you get it.

You need a setup like I showed you dogg... buy a cheap loose GB player with no disc, then just use the SD -> mem card adapter to launch Gameboy Interface with an action replay.

Holy crap, I had no idea! I was able to get a loose one a couple of years ago for like $20

The gameboy interface program is well written, already better than the original gameboy player startup disc. If you can find an old action replay with the sd mem card adapter you can run the software right off the card.

Pshh. I'm saying hello again to mine once this gets here. I've got a Spice Orange GC and matching GB Player. I don't have the Hori pad but I prefer the wireless anyway.
