Favorite Neo Geo Pocket or Pocket Color games?

Just for a Carbon Black Neo Geo Pocket Color. It came with Pac-Man and Sonic Pocket Adventure. I would like to expand my library, since the games are cheap and easy to find on Ebay or the fourms. So, I would like to know, what are your favorite NGP/NGPC games? Which ones should I check out?

SNK vs Capcom Match of the Millenium is the fighting game you should pick up first. Either Metal Slug is something you should pick up as well. Cardfighters Clash is amazing if you like card based games. All of the puzzle games are good; puzzle link is unique to the system, so that might be a good first choice. Crush Roller has it's flaws, but I like it. And Picture Puzzle is one of my favorites. (it's picross)

Also look into Metal Slug 1st Mission, SNK vs Capcom: Card Fighters Clash, Crush Roller, Puzzle Link, Puzzle Bobble, The King of Fighters R2, The Last Blade, Fatal Fury 1st Contact, Samurai Shodown 2, Faselei, Dark Arms, and Ganbare Neo Poke Kun. And, if you can find an English version, Biomotor Unitron.

SvC: Match Of The Millenium is definitely my most played. It plays very well for a handheld fighter (especially a two-button one).

Neo Turf Masters is amazing as well, and i've wasted a whole lot of time on Dark Arms. Much better than I would've ever thought.

These are all really good suggestions. You have to get Match Of The Millennium it what NGPC was made for.

Gals' Fighters is the best fighter for a quick hit, Match of the Millennium is the best if you like to unlock characters and want a somewhat more cohesive story.

MOTM has some really great minigames to pass the time as well. My personal favorite is a toss up between Neo Turf Masters and Cardfighter's Clash. Turf Masters is great partially because it's an entertainingly downsized port of the MVS game. I absolutely love the handheld versions of the Neo Turf Masters soundtrack.

You will be missing "ON THE GWEEN" though.

Big Bang Pro Wrestling gets easily overlooked due to being a Japanese exclusive. It's way better than 3 Count Bout and probably the best 8-bit wrestling game ever. It was also the very last game released by the original SNK before they went bankrupt, which is why it didn't make it out of Japan. They missed a trick by not including Tizoc and Raiden in the roster, but there's a guy with a similar eagle mask.

It plays exactly like March of the Black Queen, so if you're already very familiar with how that plays, it doesn't take much effort to play Gaiden. Getting the best and worst endings would take more effort though.

Skip it. Tactics ogre on the gba is a must play game however.

The eternal dungeon game was pretty good.

Beast Busters is one of the best games on the system. Has some RPG elements, Zelda type, but small enough to complete in a day.

Faselei was very good. Not sure if it is better than Biomotor for the money. I would still prefer beast busters over it.

Cotton was okay. Honestly the system just wasn't made for shooters. If someone wants to do shooters on a handheld, but a different handheld.

Motm is the best fighting game on the system. Mixed with the mini games it's impossible to top for fun factor. Best use of color as well.
