I own this game on MVS. The graphics are actually below Shinobi on the Megadrive. The suck. It plays like Shinobi does, which isn't all that bad, even though it gets kind of boring wasting the same opponent thousands of times in one level, and I believe there are only two/three different types of opponent, with color variations. If you like the jump and slash genre you can't go wrong with this game, even though it doesn't actually show what the Neo is capable of. It's a cheap game as well; Cosmic has them for only $25, including copied inserts I believe.
