Gamer condition. Works great, some scratches. Includes all the bits to attach the Genesis (non-HDG). No cables, no AC adapter (please ignore the one in the picture, that's my mistake). I recommend getting one of the newer combo units out there. No controller. Have the outer box if you'd like this included. Bonus: comes with Sewer Shark (loose), Dragon's Lair (missing manual), and Bram Stoker's Dracula (of course this one's complete). Bonus Bonus: 2 CDRs I found of actually great games.
