Hi, Im in the UK too. Speaking personally i prefare the MVS arcade hardware.
The AES is nice but if you just want to collect and play the games a CMVS is far cheaper.

that's true, MVS is the best way to play cheaper.
But AES has an aura and a nostalgia apart.
There's something manic about entering the AES collection.
So you have to think twice (and consult your bank accounts).
Welcome to you!

Welcome to the boards. Don’t get too touchy and you’ll be fine. Contributing goes a long way.

Good luck if you decide to take the plunge into AES collecting. Please remember, collection and unboxing video’s should be reserved for YouTube and Facebook twats who get off on that sort of stuff.

Honestly, if you want an AES and some games until you can actually gain access to the marketplace here, I would suggest joining the Neo facebook groups and looking for a deal on a boxed or loose console that fits your budget. As for the games, the cheap ones you're gonna want to seek out are Samurai Spirits, Samurai Spirits 2, Art Of Fighting 2, Fatal Fury (japanese), Fatal Fury 2 (japanese) , King Of Fighters 94, Fire Suplex, Fatal Fury Special, World Heroes 2. Those are usually the cheapest, and you'll want the Japanese copies as they're far more affordable and play in whatever language/region your AES is.
