Looks sort of like City Connection but with 3 players and a 90's sprite vibe.

it is very close to city connection but it has diferent style cars...

and it is not an arcade title

Bishi Bashi is a collection of arcade games, so whatever, I guess it technically isn't an arcade game if it's on the PS1...
