Easily my favorite row of cabs I've seen in years!

That would be awesome! I'll email you what I can. I did it by hand with a t-square but since I planned on removing the buttons for the overlay I'm sure we can figure something out. I have a high res pic of the empty drilled panel laying on a marked 1 inch grid if that works.

Some button restoration for you guys. Side by side comparison with one restored and another unrestored.

Threw together a panel for atomiswave guns real quick. Just gotta do overlays for this (and the tengoku panel).

Bottom one looks like a rolaid. Did you sand the top one?

Yeah, these are seimitsu buttons from the late 80s. They are original to the cab. I sanded with 3M 213Q p400 grit paper, followed by magic eraser, then 3-4 coats of quick dry clear acrylic nail polish followed by magic eraser to smooth out the surface. You would think they are new if you didn't know.

They look really impressive. Nice work!

Kid Pandar put me on to beach spikers and mentioned it should support 4p. Naturally I had to figure it out.

Used a 2nd JVS node just like the royal rumble cab would use. Works fine for that game and power stone 2 as well.

Are you just going to leave the guns on the floor? Im thinking of converting one of my standup naomi universal for light gun. Not sure if i want to do shotguns or look for those sports shooting usa guns.

They set across the panel well, but I have a kitten running around and I was scared of her yanking one down.

Also I hear the original sports shooting guns are kinda shoddy but happ 45s can be used as replacement. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Damn that looks good.

Are you going to build a box for it, or keep it open and exposed?

Thanks man. Building a case has definitely crossed my mind. Honestly I don't know what I'm doing with this one, or the other for that matter. This one is really happy in 31k now but of course the 15k Buzz is real on these WGs and this one doesn't really like 15k. That's not the end of the world for me though, I have plenty of 31k stuff to run on it.

Worst case, I like knowing I have something on hand for my blast city if/when I need to pull that nanao (god forbid). If both of these d9200s work well (I've yet to begin the recap and service on the other) I'll probably keep one and sell one.

Finished this a few days ago. Installed Kid Panda's amp in my Egret 2. Was time consuming, but simple to install.

Looks nice. Does it have any options for JAMMA audio or just the stereo amp? Can you easily switch between line in / JAMMA in like with the blast 001 loom?

Yeah, E2 has a stereo/mono switch. The stereo amp is connected to the P connector via adapter. Looking to find a small project box to put it in so the bare pcb isn't exposed.

Not much of a heavy mod per sé, but I finally got around to converting my Third Strike with an SCSI2SD board, which replaces the CD Drive, as well as installing the board onto Jasen custom's plexi kit.

You can never go too big Skate, looks good.

Will this cable work with the unstable acrylic opt2not?

The case is the same as yours except cooler and bluer. Just thought I would ask since this is the only short one I've seen.

But yeah finally got around to installing this plexiglass setup. The plexiglass is definitely a lot more compact and cooler with SCSI2SD vs my old wood board setup I made. This setup is still running on battery, but using a different encryption key to run Jojo Heritage for the future on a Jojo Venture cart. I still need to get a battery-less cart sometime+128MB simm to finish this setup.

The 6” cable might be too short but I’m not sure, I’n still using the long cable that came with my CPS3, just wrapped up. I bought parts to crimp my own but I haven’t got to it yet.
