I have these inked panels that seem related to Punisher Max. Any idea what they could be about?

I was looking through a few things I have stored away and came across these

I bought them from a guy who had gotten them from the children of a recently deceased comic book artist, so they could be from his personal collection.

I have little knowlege regarding The Punisher Max, the character here featured seems to be the Kingpin? So could they be related to the Steve Dillon issues? The art style doesn't seem consistent with his style, not sure what's going on.

Anyway, not even sure if both pieces are from the same source.

That is sort of a panel from Punisher MAX 8, page 5. Artists are Steve Dillon, Jason Aaron and Matt Hollingsworth, but as you can see the actual one is quite a bit different, maybe you got something of a more or less rough sketch there which was changed later on?

I don't know where the other two come from, doesn't look like Dillon.

Ok so I found this

It is from the series where he's up against Kingpin (brutal from start to finish)

Still not certain what these are, but maybe a little closer

So since these came from local artist Carlos Pedrazzini's estate, looking at his style I'm pretty sure these where done by him.
Here are a few examples

Form what I've read he worked for different publishers across the ways, leads me to think he may have done these to show what he could do based on other people's work? Maybe it was a personal excersize
