I ordered the Sonic 2 Birthday pack from NCSX.com about 3 weeks ago, for the price of $83.84 (Including Shipping)....... I get a package this morning, with "Music CD" on the description part..... I thought it was strange, seeing as I had no CD's on order. Anyway, I open it up and find my Sonic 2 Birthday Pack... Along with a Invoice which reads:

Sonic 2 Birthday Pack: $20
Shipping: $16

Grand Total: $36

I thought I'd only been charged $20 as well, but my card statement shows its for the full amount.
Perhaps it's just to throw off customs and cut down on import duty we'd have to pay?
