Marquee holder lighting up....

I have a four slot marquee holder. It's not a big deal but only one of the spots lights up. I opened it up and looked and there isn't a bulb. It looks like the board itself lights up. How do I check to see if it's a connection or do I need to replace them? If so where can I get new ones to replace them? thanks.
