Yeah, that's why I mentioned it was unplayable. The PS2 version already had some lag to it that made it not great, and then when run through the shitty PS2 to PS4 conversion/emulator or whatever they use for these it makes it even worse.


The ACA digital releases are much better, but most people don't actually care they just want that fake Neo case.
