English preferable, but if you have any of this titles on JAP version. is ok..
I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but there really aren't any "English" versions of games. The American cartridges, sure, but remember that 99.9% of MVS carts have their language settings decided by the BIOS, rather than the cart you're buying.

Hi ZERO.. Thanks for replaying/..

Let me see if i understand..

when you say BIOS, are you talking about the RAZOOLA UNIBIOS CHIP..

I got a 2.2 Installed by Jeff C. When he moded my AES..

but i've notice that people at ebay and almost everyware usually pay
a litle bit more for the AMERICAN carts than for the Japanese. ( Just in case
i decide to sell the cart later ).

But you are right it don't matter if they are american verion or japanesse
ones can do the changes at BIOS MENU..

but do you sell any of this carts that i haven't found yet. ?

Thanks.

The stock bios determines the region of the unit. The unibios, as you know, allows multi region/hardware play (so, if you didn't have one, your games would play in English most likely).

There are a few reasons people tend to pay higher for English carts; it's a collectors market after all, not to mention many people don't read Japanese (for the labels). The guts of the cartridges are exactly the same though.

Yes. The only difference between say a Metal Slug cartridge for Japan and one with an English label is just that. The boards and chips are exactly the same, the language of the program is just determined by the BIOS chip in the MVS motherboard. So unless you're getting one label or the other out of preference, there won't be any difference when you play them. You do have a UniBIOs though, so you could play them in either language.

You will find, though, that certain games will have different prices based on whether it's a Japanese version or American version. As a gamer, it doesn't make one lick of difference, but for collectors, it can mean everything and most sellers know this. The basic premise is that certain games were either produced in lesser quantities in one territory or basically are more readily-available in the market (i.e. people aren't hanging-on to them) than the other.

For example, just looking at the Price Guide on this website (albeit the numbers may be outdated), the Japanese version of Aerofighters 3 is rated as "common" whereas the American version is rated as "rare." So if you're looking to just play the game, the chances of getting a good deal are better if you're buying a Japanese cart. The language and everything will still be in English as long as you have your BIOS set to "American" region.
