mvs fz help

hey guys i just got my first candy cab a few days ago and im wondering is there a way to reprogram the buttons on this board mvs fz with uni bios with out having to unhooking the buttons becouse i have it set up also with a csp2 as well and the all the bottons match up on cps2 board. but when im playing the neo geo its backward the bottons are like this and i want them to be like this
is there anything i can do?? thxs for the help
