MVS monitor: VGA or RGB Which is better??

What is the difference between these two monitors?? Which is better quality for graphics and which lasts longer??
What is the life expectancy of an arcade monitor?? If you buy a used one with no burn-in, how long can you expect it to last??

You'd have to get an upscan converter to get a VGA monitor to sync properly with the MVS board; as bog-standard JAMMA RGB output, it's going to have horizontal sync at 15.7 KHz, whereas most VGA monitors nowadays are going at 85-100+ KHz.

An arcade monitor is probably your best bet. I can't comment as to the life expectancy though.
