Funny thing is the actual rich kids that got given one of these on release probably played it for 10 minutes, got bored and forgot about it ever existing.
The only place I ever saw one was a NEO•GEO CD that I bought at a local shop.Curious where people saw the AES in stores or rental shops. I always assumed it was mostly in larger metro or wealthy areas. I never saw one in the store in the 90s, but the area where I grew up fell into neither of those categories.
Holy crap. Haven't seen that yet.AI generated thumbnails are giving this hellscape a whole new, fresh coat of gaypaint that makes me want to turn off the computer and walk into the woods, never to return.
That said, Plaion is teasing shit like a Waku Waku 7 sequel on X, so I'll stick around a little while longer.
Holy crap. Haven't seen that yet.
I wonder if there was perhaps an unfinished sequel that can be buttoned up for release all these years later?
Sweet child of mine?I had to see it....so now you do too

This.I more get the feeling that whoever is running the Spain Plaion account has no actual inside information and is just throwing shit out there for the attention.
Around here in the middle of Nowheresville, NC the only time I saw an actual Neo system was in a case at the front of a Babbage's in the mall in the next town over. They didn't display anything else, but the clerks said they had a few systems and games in the back. They wouldn't even bring them out unless someone was a serious customer, and my broke 15 year old ass was not that.Curious where people saw the AES in stores or rental shops. I always assumed it was mostly in larger metro or wealthy areas. I never saw one in the store in the 90s, but the area where I grew up fell into neither of those categories.
