The court-appointed liquidator will contact you. He will be responsible for making partial repayments of the sums owed to you, according to the legal distribution he will make among the creditors.
You can also declare your claim to the court-appointed liquidator by providing an invoice and proof of payment.
We will provide you with the contact details of the liquidator appointed by the Bordeaux Commercial Court as soon as the proceedings begin. The deadline for filing a claim is two months from the date of publication of the judgment opening the liquidation proceedings in the BODACC (Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements).
