Hey guys, I just recently had a New Net City enter the gameroom recently. Had a couple New Astros, E2's and neo candies. But this was my first NNC.

As I was becoming familiar with it. One of the things that kinda bugged me was how I had to open the CP to access the coin mech for those games that didn't gave free play. And I'm not a token/quarter/yen coin mech guy either.

So I came up with a way to integrate a credit button into the panel, without permanently altering anything and essentially retaining the stock look. And then tried to make it as an easy of an install as possible.

Might be easiest to just watch the video I made of it.

Video here ---->

But here are pics as well!

I made up a few for some friends and they really liked them, suggested I make some more for the community so I did. I've got 11 made and ready to go.

$20 shipped CONUS.

That New Net City looks familiar. ;)
And I have one of these credit buttons on both my New Net City and they work great!
Buy multiples of them. Give them to a friend... even if he/she/it doesn't have a New Net City! :)

Very cool, I've done the same thing but I actually mount the buttons to the coin door, it makes for a very discrete setup. Thanks for sharing!

Looks great Mike, truly well engineered. Projects like this are awesome. Sadly, I don't have a NNC or I would join in.

Love mine to death. Essential New Net City (and Net City?) mod. Blends in great with the coin return and sits where the weird metal nubbin would otherwise

Mine is locked in nice and tight... put the spacer just below the threads on the smooth bit before putting the button in, then shoved it in... spacer is in there, rolled up a bit, but not visible at all.

Excellent!

yeah, that sucked. did not expect it to fully rotate, tough to hold onto with pliers and not scratch up the top of the CP....
