awesome. Personally I'd throw a multiboard in that SS2 for some more neo (I'm assuming it's just a 1 slot)

I'm jealous of that widebody pin. How much that set you back if you don't mind me asking?

Awesome man, you've got one hell of a setup there. All those cabs and monitors look top notch.

Correct, the Sam Sho 2 cab pretty much only works with Sam Sho 1 and 2, button wise. I DID buy one of those 108 in 1 carts, and would you believe that Samurai Shodown 2, on that cart, really isn't very good. The sound is really off. Too bad. :annoyed:

Yes, I have room for one more... and I'd like to get a Street Fighter in there (again). I got rid of the Third Strike, as it made me nervous about dying. Plus, the cab that one was in was slightly poor compared to the rest of my collection. So, I got rid of it just because I didn't want a sub par looking cab in my collection. If they crack that stupid CPS3 code, I'll get another.

STTNG cost me 2400, then I added some more shit to it. A bit pricey for Star Treks, but it is in super condition, so... They can be had (supposedly) for 1900. But, I'm sure they'll be junk. People always say you can buy them in the teens, but I've never seen a good one go for that little.

That is an awesome looking arcade! Really brings me back to the 90s with all the happy memories of what real arcades are all about. The ST:TNG is hands down the best pin I've ever played and that one looks cherry!

that's the truth i went to a local "arcade" this past friday and I was disgusted, all they had were ticket machines (which print paper now not actual tickets) they had3 gun games and all three had broken guns, no fighting games and no side scrollers. load of shit.

I visited one about a month ago. I thought it was going to be great at first because it looked fairly large and seemed to have a few decent games. But after taking a closer look, it was the same story you told, ticket machines (which print paper now not actual tickets), broken games, no fighting games, no side scrollers, and no shooters.

That said, your setup is really awesome Spike. I liked your 6 button SSII from the first time I saw it, but I nearly pissed myself when I saw those Daytona upright cabs.

Very awesome, Spike.

I'm curious, I guess your games are in a basement, do you ever have to worry about flooding or anything like that?

Yep, in the basement. No, no flooding that has entered the finished part of my basement. I do have an active sump pump (it's part of the area I live... hell, my whole city is on a spring), but it's not been a problem for that room. I would be super pissed if it flooded down there. lol

That's good. When I lived in nebraska our sump pump failed while we were on vacation. We got home and there was a foot and a half of water down there.

That's why mine's upstairs now. :(

Spike, your arcade is amazing. That's one of the best pins ever made. Congrats!

The arcade looks great Spike. Glad to see you kept the SS2, Hydro Thunder and Point Blank 2 cabs.

Looks awsome, mine are also in my basement and it sometimes floods. But hasnt made it over to them yet, but mine have metal feet that hold them up about a inch.

You're a sexy beast for having a dedicated EAR cab with art.
