i worked with a guy like that name was richard. he worked at the fast food place i managed for 15 years. he was 37, he lived all alone, he weighed 300+ pounds, and he had an apartment like that. i recall dropping him off there after work it was the same kinda mess but he didn't smoke. fastfood cups out the ass, newspapers stacked to the cieling, nothing clean, as soon as you waled in you were a foot higher than the ground outside. guys still alive, and still just as sad a case. his whole life is depressing. there's a reason people get like that. and he wont do anything to change it, doesn't want to you know. it's sad and lame.
