The only 100hr+ game I'd bother putting time into this year is death stranding 2, and I CBA with that either

I have zero interest to replay Oblivion.

Really? It’s probably my favourite of the Elder Scrolls series. I’ve poured 200 hours easily into it over the years and I could happily do another play through with QOL improvements.

Dat dark brotherhood quest line, the shimmering isles… horse armour! Oh man…

Yeah, really. I’m good. Been there, done that. Finish TE VI already.

Though I’ll admit that I do have a lot of hours in to The Elder Scrolls Online :emb:

Morrowind was excellent for the time but fuck going back to the notebook and hand written notes (which are sometimes wrong) for directions instead of quest markers, and remembering which silt strider went where instead of fast travelling.

Oblivion was the best blend of new and old Elder Scrolls games, for me anyway.

wo wo wo 100hr+? get fucked I won't finish that, jesus it's hard enough staying interested for 20 hours let alone a fucking 100+ the goddamn cheek these developers have.

I still need to play Morrowind at some point as I've never played that one.

I know a lot of purists prefer that one over Oblivion and Skyrim.

I've tried to play Morrowind a few times. I stop after maybe 20-30 hours each time and forget about it.

I was playing Oblivion last month on my XP machine and got pretty deep. Had to take a break cause my XP machine is in my basement, and it gets pretty cold down there.

I have to say that I like it more than Skyrim. It feels more like an RPG experience. I'm on the part where I have to get a Daedra artifact and sacrifice it. I was reading about that and was slightly confused about which one to sacrifice, and how to even get one.

My only real complaint is you have to swing your sword 50x to kill some enemies.

Now that it's warming up I'll have to crawl back into my basement and finish my run.

Not sure I will be ready to play a remaster anytime soon. I am interested though.

I highly recommend Enderal (Skyrim) and Nehrim (Oblivion) for those that have completed both Skyrim and Oblivion and want a new experience. The story for both games is great and Enderal is next level with the voice acting.

Looks like a simple remaster.

So I'm not really sure who this is for, except for new players who only play on console?

Will be popular with streamers, too.

Nothing to add much more about the game itself, but I LOVE devs that just shadow drop shit like this.
