Hmmm

Reason why G.Rugal CPU > Omega Rugal 95 = Speed advantage, Rugal is good in CvS2 except for his normal moves recovery, G.Rugal CPU covers all of that plus a damage bonus and all.

Reason why Rugal94istform > 98 Rugal = Damage, speed, priority, and high defense regardless if he has no special moves. This was 98 Rugal's biggest weakness.

Yeah thats true, Rugal is just a biter anyway.
He does have good taste in moves though.

I know I am not the only one that thinks God Rugal is a very stupid name for a character.

We should have a Gay Rugal, I could just see Miaka blabbin about that one for another ten months.

hey LWK,i know u are breathing a sigh of relief that krauser is not in CvS2.BTW,rugal uses the kaiser wave which is krauser's move and its in CvS2.capcom named him god rugal cos he posses akuma's power after deafeating him and sucking all of akuma's power.yeah,kinda goofy but hes powerful.he has the teleport move from akuma as well as a raging demon and a new super! <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
