I can't rationalize paying even $10 for that "homebrew" ROM (of someone else's IP), when the arcade version is on Arcade Archives cheaper.

His troll was to lie and say it wasn't factory sealed and that I should open it to check the condition. But I open everything and check condition anyway.

But to answer your question, no I would not be okay buying a resealed game. I am a resealer's worst nightmare because I open everything and their assumption is nobody will open.
