Never heard of one of those before... how come it's so good for the Saturn?
Not just the Saturn, it just happened to be plugged in, for $60 it has way more inputs/outputs than a similarly priced Retrotink 2X.

Edit It even has a special setting for the NG Home System and Sega 32x.

Sounds like a sample of a track from the Savage Streets soundtrack. Cool!

Speaking of soundtracks…MF DOOM lifted the Hardy Boys Mysteries TV theme for this one:

But why does the label on the device itself say "Saturn?"

That's a output option. Not sure why you'd use unless you wanted to use the RGB pots to adjust levels.

HDMI, VGA and Saturn plug are the outputs.

That's the only head scratcher. Why plug a Saturn Scart in and use the Saturn din out? I think it's so they can add 240p out to the list of capabilities.

Could you maybe buy a cell phone or digital camera with higher than a 1 megapixel resolution or at least wipe the vaseline off the lens?

Got myself a Sigma Raijin and Super Turbo. RGB is a bit bright on my PVM, and completely blown out on my RetroTINK 5X. Brightness is fine via composhit, so I might have to have a look at the cable.

I think I had to add a “test” button inline…
Still have and love mine, same with my board master

The Raijin is a nice piece of gear but it's just too cumbersome and it's not very ergonomic. Had one for a couple years and really liked it but it was a pain in the ass to use unless you have a dedicated area for it. It's also ugly as hell.

You mean its too bright with the Sigma or in general? I owned a few versions of the Raijin and do recall one of them have a rgb brightness knob in the back I think. It's a cool sg and built well, enjoy.

Nice, only missing Halo Wars and the Halo 3 LE.

It’s line level RGB, so maybe you need to switch on (or off- I forget) the 75ohm for your PVM.
Cheers! I've modified the SCART cable - added 330Ohm resistors on the RGB lines, and a 470Ohm resistor on the sync line. All good now.
Pretty annoying, considering I got the cable from RetroGamingCables.co.uk.
