Congrats. i'll be going with the plain-jane black version myself. white/light-toned styrene plastics such as these consoles' bodies are molded from
tend to age far to brutally, and i intend to have my PS4 until it breaks down, and try to repair it even then,
and not having to worry about a rapidly aging, yellowing light-toned plastic body casing is one less stress i can happily do without.

i apologize for raining on your parade, i don't mean to be an ass or anything, i just feel this a very important consideration
for anyone wishing to keep such a device for the long term...

I dont consider this model a collectors item, once the ps5 is around the corner it will go. Am waiting now for the white xbox one to come on sale as well.
