No.
The original PSX controllers were available in different colours.
I doubt there are many around nowadays though, given how quickly the PSX switched to the dual shock, so it might be worth... oooh.. maybe $20

first one ive seen ever. i know the net yaroze had black ones with a black connector and ferrite. well since i paid a buck 19 dollars profit hehehe

Never seen a black one like that so it might be teh RAREZ.

The Net Yaroze was black, but the controllers were all black, even the controller plugs.

No, just normal systems. To my knowledge, the US didn't get any special color systems. (ignoring dev systems) Red is the only other controller color that comes in a lot.
