I just bought a second MiSTer and I keep telling myself that I don't need it.

You need one! Something about the tactile feeling of plugging in and unplugging (insert butt plug jokes here) a cartridge just fires off nostalgia neurons in my old man nerd brain. It's why I collect physical games for cartridge systems but not really disc systems, just not the same for some reason. Im perfectly happy with my GDEMU installed in my Dreamcast and not getting any more physical discs.

The 6 button Genesis and Saturn controllers are legendary but the Dreamcast one was, yes, very awkward and not well thought out.

Saturn controller is probably the only Sega controller that's not bad. I still prefer the first PS1 controller over it though.

Every other Sega controller is just bad. Genesis also is probably not that bad but yeah, Sega is not that great in designing controllers.

The white just doesn't click with me at all. If the did grey, a creamy white or something else other than pure white maybe I would consider it.

Will wait until some more info is released. Will probably go for the Ultimate bundle since I don't have any of those games apart from Magician Lord.

The original six button Japanese Sega Saturn controller is one of the best ever.

The Saturn 3D analog pad is a tad uncomfortable to use, and no where near as ergonomic as the Dual Shock 1.

The Dreamcast pad is like a backwards evolution of the 3D pad, and is terrible.

They haven’t been completely transparent and saying it’s a true 1:1 in one breathe and then HDMI out in the other is contradicting.

Everyone jumped on the NGX without knowing all the details and were disappointed.

I feel like if I give into FOMO and get the white, I'll regret it. I wonder what length the corded black sticks have? These new consoles have been giving extra wire length nowadays. Hopefully, that's the case. I feel like the white is gonna look/feel cheap. Probably go classic with a few carts....god willing
