has anyone built a RGB to comp/s-video converter using a Sony CXA1645 (RGB encoder, used in the PSX for example)? if so, can anyone give me detailed instructions on what exactly is needed? like a more simple diagram on what to put where, etc. I'm sort of at a loss with the datasheet, especially pin 6.
here's the sheet: http://arakon.yi.org/CXA1645P_M.pdf
second: is the 1-slot small MVS capable of driving the original SNK coin counter LED display? if so, does it just get hooked up to pin 8 on the jamma connector?
also, is there some way to attach a memcard slot to the 1-slot mvs? it's the smallest of the units made, and doesn't seem to have a connector.
any help is appreciated.
