Rgb to Tv converter

I am building a supergun and the last thing I need is a converter for the mvs video signal. Does anyone know of a site that details how to build one of these. I have been looking for a while with no luck. I know of several places to buy one but they seem fairly easy to build.

This is easily the "hardest" part of the supergun. It is the point I am stuck at as well, and still researching for the best options...

Yes the rgb encoder is $75 plus shipping, a very well constructed high quality device at a extremely reasonable price considering others sell it at around between $125- $200 but as I stated www.jrok.com sells them for $75 plus shipping.
